I have nothing to do right now so I will write some more crap. When I started playing sauer I knew I would like this game. For one it worked on my PC and my shit internet. That was more than enough to get me interested. For a while still, I just spammed, did retarded shit, rant randomly (still do all of those things). Then there was some tournament, and I wanted to play in it and win. So I joined a clan. I was trying to be competitive but my hands (brains) were too slow. So I gave up.

I used to enjoy mix games too, but they were at 1-3am my time. I don't stay up for those anymore. I also tried mapping, but fuck that shit.

1 year later I am leader of my dead clan. Apparently all you need for that is to stay "active", which is pretty much the only good thing about me.

I personally cannot fault this game in any way. It's like a hidden gem as far as I am concerned.

Nov, 2018 I should be 1 year old in ffa. Last year Nov is when I started taking interest in ffa. It's my favorite mode coz there's so many cool things you can do in a 10 min game if you are smart enough.

step 1. win sauerleague
step 2. spend 1+ years making a map every year for the past 3 years only to realize that if eihrul updates the game it literally dies
step 3. find an objectively better game (team fortress 2)
step 4. play for so long that the only thing sauer offers anymore is its nostalgia factor
step 5. cut out 95% of your computer use in an attempt to develop yourself
step 6. ? ? ?
step 7. profit

been playing sauer for more than 3 years now..random breaks but nothing serious. 5000+ games. Kinda plateaued aim-wise but ffa is getting better. Yesterday I won bronze in Sauerduels, then I tried to get over-smart and fucked up my map pick in the next game. very unlikely to have won but could've provided some entertainment to the spectators, instead of the ragequit.
still don't feel comfortable joining a clan, don't feel I would contribute meaningfully. team losses are more frustrating, u don't only rage on yourself but also on your teammates. duels are better, u only have yourself, your skill, your aim, your lag, your rig to blame.
