Sauerbraten: Wrong Resolution and Mouse Drifting On It's Own Accord (Windows 10)

I am having a problem with Sauerbraten playing at the wrong resolution and taking up only part of the screen when it should be in full screen. The mouse is also constantly drifting by it's self. I have no idea how to fix, and I would appreciate some help on this subject. I have Sauerbraten on other computers and it works fine (I am running windows 10). Thanks in Advance.
Here is the image link for a screenshot I took because I couldn't seem to insert an image:

I just figured out the problem; I set the display resolution to 100% and closed my sticky note application that was running on the desktop; I have heard teamviewer running in the background can also mess this up.

There used to be a patch for it also.
