Master server list's anomaly?

Usually doesn't matter if some server is not in the list, it always appears in your list when you connected to it.
Correct me if I am wrong.
So I wonder, what could cause that "anomaly" with PSL1 and ogros servers.
Some people were connected to it but still didn't see it in their lists.
Maybe it had some lags with updating the status or was just frozen.

actually now that im thinking about it, this did happen to me the other day, but then again i couldn't connect from my quick connect either so its probably not related
