Title: Building Comed Windows

Can I get some support regarding building comed/sdos-test for windows, ive researched everywhere and the only stuff it says is "to use a makefile, simply make" like how the fuck is that supposed to be helpful for a dumbass like me. i usually use codeblocks with tdm-gcc for vanilla but comed doesnt have a cbp (codeblocks project file) so i assume i need to do something handy with MAKEFILE; however i dont care what program i would need to use i just need the job done. i also have pendrivelinux but i dont think that would help build windows binaries.  8)
