Title: An ordinary instactf match in a nutshell

This is not by any means promotional, just something I thought was a decent example of a insta-ctf match in a nutshell. No doubt there be better examples of a generally good match, but what's the harm of sharing a decent demo?

Looking back at this (and pardon the resurrection), I figured I would share another in a nutshell.

Again, as I mentioned earlier, this is not intended to be promotional or anything. This is just showing an example of these matches.
